Why Teachers NEED Mentors Now

That is the percentage of teachers that will quit before they make it thru the 5th year of teaching. 

Think about that for second. 

To become a teacher you need to complete at least 6 years of schooling.  You need to give up 3 months of your time to work for free (student teaching).  And you need to go into debt (student loans) for 1000's of dollars.  

That is a lot of time, money, and heartbreak.  

That percentage really hits home for me because 20 years ago I almost became one of those statistics.  I almost quit several times because it seemed like nothing I was doing was working and to add injury to insult, I had to nobody to lean on for support. 

When I started my Youtube Channel about 3 years ago my goal was to help teachers not become one of those statistics.  

Since then I have uploaded 100's of videos with tips and tricks, created a course on classroom management, and have started to coach individuals.
