What You Need To Know Before The School Year Starts

I just read a Facebook post from a new teacher stating that school is not starting for a couple of more weeks and they can't stop thinking about all the things they need to do.  

I know how they felt because last night I had a dream that I was teaching class and I forgot my lesson and I was stalling for time. 

The reality is that our jobs are never done and there is always something to do and especially before the first day of school.  

And since my personal philosophy is that classroom management is everything, we got to make sure just like we prepare our class for teaching, we also need to do that for classroom management.  

With that said, it is important for us to know exactly what our administration expects from us and what we can expect from our administration when it come to classroom management.
