Classroom Setup 2024-2025

I can't believe the time is here.  

Time to put away the bathing suits and suntan lotion and pick up a dry erase maker and textbooks.  The summer like always went by to fast. 

My school year started 1 week ago.  The first day was our school's professional development day.  The second day was the district's professional development day.  And finally the third day was our day to get our classroom ready.  

It always frustrates me the how much time is wasted on professional development days but we will save that discussion for another day.  

With that all said, I have had 4 days with my students and I am glad to say, I am very optimistic about this school year.  

I am fortunate enough to be teaching the same subject I have taught for several years and I am even more fortunate to be in the same classroom.  Ultimately that saves me so much time and I am able to build upon my success of the past couple of years. 

But even with the benefit of having the same classroom and curriculum there is still much to do.
