5 Things You Need To Do When Organizing Your Classroom

If you are a new teacher organizing your classroom may be one of the last things you might be thinking about.  Usually at the top of the list are creating that perfect lesson or how to handle that difficult student.  But if you are in this for the long game, the sooner you create a good organizational system in your classroom the happy you will be. 

There is no one right system or perfect set up but you need to find what works for you and own it.  As the saying goes, "Great Teachers are Great Thieves".  Learn what others are doing and then see how it works in your classroom.  

Luckily for me I am very analytical at heart so organization and systems are part of who I am, but if that is not you, don't give up hope.
